Q. I have not seen a doctor. Can I still make an appointment?
A: YES. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation. If physical therapy will be beneficial, we will discuss your situation with you to coordinate what is needed from you, your doctor, or your insurance. We can then schedule a full evaluation and get you started.
Q. I have doctor’s orders for physical therapy. Can I just make an appointment?
A. Yes! We work closely with all doctors and will coordinate your care with them.
Q. What can I expect on my first visit?
A. Bring with you the doctor’s prescription (if the Doctor gave you one), your insurance card, and wear loose fitting clothing. You can save time on your evaluation day by downloading our intake forms on our Contact Us page before coming in, or you can fill them out when you arrive. We will make a photocopy of your insurance card. Once these are completed, your evaluation will involve you describing your functional troubles, we will perform an assessment and take measurements such as joint mobility, range of motion and strength, and as time allows, we will begin treatment. We will discuss your treatment plan, and schedule your follow up appointments.
